How we handle your data

If you're trusting us with client records, you should know exactly where they go.

The short version

High Basin Solutions treats client information as something to protect, not collect. Client files are shared through secure links rather than email attachments, AI tools are used with client data only on business plans that don't train on it, demos use made-up data, and files are deleted when a project ends unless you ask us to keep them.

Your files

  • Files are shared through a secure, access-controlled link, never as plain email attachments.
  • We ask only for what the project needs. If a sample or a version with names removed will do, we use that.
  • Files are deleted when the project ends, unless you ask us in writing to keep them.
  • Your data is never used to show other clients or to train anything for anyone else.

AI tools

  • Client data only goes into AI services on business plans that don't use it to train their models.
  • Before a project starts, we tell you which AI services will touch your data, and you can say no to any of them.
  • Demos, examples, and screenshots on this website use made-up data. None of it is client work.
  • Anything AI produces for you is checked by a person before it's delivered.

Software we build

  • Updates for our Windows apps are signed with our private key, and each app checks that signature before it installs anything.
  • Updates are delivered from this website, from private releases that only we can publish.
  • Tools are built to keep data on your computers or in your accounts wherever possible, not ours.

People

  • Aaron Tibbitts does the work and is the only person with access to your data.
  • If that ever needs to change for a project, we tell you first.
  • If something goes wrong with your data, we tell you in writing as soon as we know, with what happened and what we're doing about it.

This website

  • No cookies, no advertising, and no cross-site tracking.
  • Page views are counted with cookie-free analytics that don't identify you.
  • The free AI Exposure Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us.
