High Basin Solutions

Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 19, 2026

This policy explains what personal information High Basin Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

High Basin Solutions LLC is an AI solutions studio based in Bountiful, Utah. You can reach us about anything in this policy at aaron.tibbitts@outlook.com.

2. What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message. Please don't include passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information about other people.

Technical logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

What we don't collect: this website has no accounts, takes no payments, and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. It sets no cookies (see our Cookie Notice).

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your message and discuss whether and how we can help.
  • To prepare proposals and keep a record of our correspondence if we work together.
  • To keep the website secure and working.

4. We don't use it for marketing

We use your details only for the reasons above. We won't add you to a mailing list or contact you about unrelated offers, and we don't sell or rent personal information.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Hosting: Vercel Inc. hosts this website and keeps the technical logs described above.
  • Email delivery: when you send the contact form, our email delivery provider (Resend) passes your message to our inbox. If that service is unavailable, the form instead opens your own email app, and your message then travels through your email provider.
  • Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. If we work together

Working on a project may involve your business information. How that information is handled, including whether and how AI tools are used with it, will be agreed with you in writing before the work starts.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, to keep records of the engagement. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will unless we are required to keep it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email aaron.tibbitts@outlook.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, such as to object to or restrict certain uses, or to complain to a regulator. We will honour the rights that apply to you.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including serving this site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If we ever add analytics or other tools that use cookies or similar technologies, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
